He look likes a writer. I think he has mustache. He has writer style. He didn’t like a navigator. His hair is like Beethoven’s hair. Ha-ha~ therefore, he didn’t like a navigator. He look likes a writer or composer.

He was a French navigator, geographer, cartographer, draughtsman, soldier, explorer, ethnologist, diplomat, chronicler, and the founder of Quebec City on July 3, 1608.
He burned in the Brogue, in the Province of Saintonge, France. He burned on 1573s.
He originate to Quebec City. A French explorer who founded Annapolis Royal in Nova Scotia and created a settlement at Quebec.

2. What is his relationship with Canada? Why is he important to Canada?

1) He is the Quebec City's and New France's Governor in Canada.
2) He is important to Canada by the reason of he founded Quebec City and he also helped France people from North America.


3. When did he explore? What was happening during history at this time?
1) On July 3, 1608 he founded Quebec City.
2) The independence movement of Netherlands was happening during 1566-1609.

He sailed on March 15, 1603. in the ship of Pantograph. On May 24 he anchored at Tadoussac, where the saguenay ions the St.Lawrence; and soon afterward he,Pantograph, and a few men, proceeded up the river in a boat and they stopped by the rapids of St.Louis above Montreal. Returning to Tadoussac, Champlain examined both sides of the river, and explored the St. Lawrence.

5. Why did he explore? What were his reasons for exploration?

1) His father was a ship captain, and Champlain received a careful education as a navigator, so by his family's influenced he started to sailed on 1599.
2) His reason for exploration is he wanted to help France colonies from North America.


6. How did he explore? What transportation methods did he use?

1) He Sailed to a lot of place and discover everything he thought strange.
2) The transportation methods he used was ships.

This is a sate of Samuel De Champlain, He looks very handsome and greatful, His clothes are so beautiful and it can proof that he is a high level person. Canadian people are love him because he really did a lot of good things in his life, such as founded the Quebec city and Great Lake. Canadians won't forget him and so do I when after I knew some information about him. ^_^
